Choya wine

Choya Silver is a wine which combines sweet white wine and a small amount of fresh ume juice. The sweetness of the white wine is the most distinctive hint of this product together with its full fruitiness. The ume juice makes the wine more refreshing and highlights in a delicate way its fruity character.

Choya Orginal is a wine made of fresh ume juice combined with a bit of sweet white wine. The distinctive character of ume fruit gives this product the refreshing taste of plums. Sweet white wine ensures the sweet-sour balance of the whole composition.

Choya Red is a wine made of fresh ume juice combined with a bit of sweet red wine. The intense and rich character of red wine combines nicely with the fruitiness and fresh character of ume fruit. The sweet flavour and tannins contained in the wine make its aroma full and deep.

Choya Dry is 100% the result of the fermentation of fresh ume juice. The lower sugar content means that this wine shows to an even greater extent the Far Eastern character of this fruit. It was designed particularly as the perfect wine to complement Japanese cuisine (Sushi and Washoku) and Far East cuisine.

Rice wine of a straw-yellow colour with a slightly sweet taste. It is usually served gently warmed in special porcelain cups.

Sparkling wine made of green Ume plums. Delicate, sweet, velvety and highly refreshing.
